Vision

Our vision is to support our Pastor in his vision for Evangel Temple Ministries; to cultivate a House of prayer.

Mission

We aim to foster a culture of pursuing the heart of the Father in purity through praise, prayer, and intercession.

We seek to encourage believers to make prayer and intercession a lifestyle.

We empower believers through instruction in the scriptures and resources to grow in the area of prayer; both privately and corporately.

We aim to develop prayer warriors charging them to engage in spiritual warfare; pulling down strongholds through prayer that will affect the church, the leaders, ministry, the members, and our world.

We endeavor to equip believers to pray effectively; bring healing, deliverance, and restoration to meet the needs of our congregation.

We want to continually facilitate an inviting and open environment where believers can allow the Holy Spirit to pray through them.

Our goal is to be a praying people who are mindful to pray about everything.

We position ourselves to intercede before services, so God’s agenda can be release.

Wednesday Night Prayer Service - Every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m., we corporately pray in person. As a church we lift up various needs in prayer, asking God’s intervention and blessings. We are exhorted through the scriptures and ministered to through one-on-one prayer. Everyone is invited to attend. 

Saturday Morning Awakening - Join us on the conference call every Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. to pray. Each month, we have a different prayer emphasis, and we also pray for any prayer requests submitted by church members. Attendees give their testimonies and praise reports. This is an awakening for all people. 

May-Month of Prayer -  We commit ourselves to meet corporately Monday to Friday in the month of May at Evangel for prayer. Each night we come in agreement and pray into various prayer points. The Holy Spirit minister through our time of prayer; encouraging hearts and strengthen the people. You are invited. 

Walking in the Cool of the Day Prayer Walk - Intercessors, members, believers are invited to join us at 6:50 am at Evangel on 4th Saturdays (June to September) to pray and intercede for the Laurelton community. We pray from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. We walk two by two on designated blocks to pray God’s heart for the people and business of this community. 

Quarterly All-Night Prayer - We hold 3 All Night prayer (1 per quarter) per year. We gather to seek God through prayer from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. WE P.U.S.H (Pray Until Something Happen) We seek healing, deliverance, baptism of the Holy Ghost and more.
